A hidden gem shining with warm hospitality and exquisite sushi
"Sushi Issei" is a renowned establishment where you can enjoy heartwarming hospitality and exquisite sushi in a calm atmosphere created by the renovation of a traditional Kanazawa townhouse. The appeal lies in the fresh ingredients from the Hokuriku region, skillfully prepared using Edo-style techniques. The chef's kindness is evident in the service, welcoming both first-time visitors and regulars alike without distinction. It is definitely worth a visit.
