The store, where you take off your shoes before entering, welcomes you with a gentle atmosphere created by the noren (fabric divider). The counter allows you to rest your feet, and there are comfortable wooden table seats and heated Korean-style tatami rooms. The handwritten menu and handmade menu book are delightful, and just looking at them is exciting. The stone-grilled bibimbap sizzles with a fragrant aroma, packed with vegetables, and the taste of eggplant is very impressive. The gomtang (beef bone soup) is rich in flavor and beautifully colored; when combined with glass noodles and rice, it brings happiness. The kakuteki (radish kimchi), jeon (Korean pancakes), and suyi (sliced beef) each have enjoyable pairings, and the lively atmosphere of the kitchen adds to the overall satisfaction.
