The menu is extensive, making it fun to choose. The owner efficiently handles everything alone, and their Japanese is polite, which is reassuring. The recommended ramen has a clear broth, with a mild and refined spiciness, and the combination of garlic chives, chili peppers, and ground meat is excellent. The thin noodles have just the right firmness and pair well with the broth. The fried rice vermicelli and stir-fried pea shoots, as well as the mu shu pork, are all flavorful and pair well with alcohol. You can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine without pretension, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
