When you take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside, a calming scent of wood wafts through, allowing you to relax. There is a raised table and a sunken kotatsu-style counter, making the space cozy despite its small size. The duck broth Chinese noodles served at lunch are outstanding, with a deep richness and the fragrant aroma of duck fat standing out. The pink duck meat and smooth duck wontons on top provide a delightful change in texture. Mixing in a bit of the separate spicy sauce halfway through enhances the flavor and keeps it interesting until the end. The attentive service from the young staff is pleasant, and you leave the restaurant feeling happy.

When I ordered the duck broth Chinese noodles, the glossy, rich soup and sparkling fat caught my eye. A deep, rich umami without any off-flavors spread across my palate, and the pleasant aroma of duck wafted through my nose. The fluffy sweetness combined with the mildness of soy sauce created a refined yet robust flavor that I enjoyed. The pink duck meat topping was tender, and adding a little spice improved the balance even further. The thin noodles had a firm texture and were served quickly, and I was also pleased to have the option of flat noodles. I was able to relax in the calm interior with a sunken kotatsu-style counter and low tables while receiving attentive service.
