Sitting at the terrace seats, I can enjoy the refreshing breeze while looking at the river in front, which is the best. The handmade udon has cream-colored, curly noodles with a strong chewiness and a smooth texture that is irresistible. I can choose the boiling level, so I am happy to savor it with my preferred texture. The freshly fried pork cutlet has a crispy coating, and the meat inside is very tender. The assorted tempura is also perfectly fried, including the shrimp, and the sweetness of the vegetables is well appreciated. In the new and clean interior, I was able to slowly enjoy both the scenery and the food.
