It's great to be able to casually enjoy Oshu beef at this directly managed store. The signature dishes are steaks and shabu-shabu that are grilled right in front of you on a hot iron plate. The beautifully marbled meat has a wonderful aroma, and the flavor expands with each bite. The ginger pork is stir-fried with onions and has a rich, sauce-like taste that goes well with rice. The interior is spacious with separated table seating, allowing for a relaxed experience at tables equipped with roasters. In addition to salads and drinks, there are also simmered dishes with eggplant and winter melon, so you can enjoy plenty of vegetables as well.
