The view by the lake is pleasant, making the meal even more enjoyable. The seafood is very delicious, with the sushi toppings being substantial and the shrimp being on the larger side. The tuna bowl is topped with blue seaweed from Lake Hamana, enhancing the flavor with a hint of the sea. Not only fish, but there are also meat dishes available, making it exciting to choose what to have. There is also a course that combines Japanese and Chinese cuisine, featuring a secret sauce for the pork shabu and a firm chawanmushi that leaves a strong impression. The staff is also kind, allowing for a pleasant experience.
