'Kihachiraku Hachi Yashiro Store' opened on April 18, 2023, next to 'Hormone Kihachi Yashiro Store'. Returning to its roots as a low-threshold 'town izakaya', it has restarted as a core store in a multi-store expansion that meets a wide range of needs. We will continue to evolve as a gathering place, staying close to the daily lives of the community.

The representative, Hayashi Akira, operates over 20 establishments including 'Kihachiraku Hachi', 'Kihachiya', and 'Hormone Kihachi' based in Fukui Prefecture. With a mission to support the local food culture, we pursue 'deliciousness' in all aspects of procurement, preparation, and customer service. Driven by a curiosity cultivated through mountain climbing, we aim to create an izakaya that blends into everyday life with a low threshold and high satisfaction—delivering each dish and drink with heartfelt dedication.
