The interior of the restaurant has a warmth of wood, is clean, and feels calming. The moment you enter, you feel at ease with the bright service from the staff. The grilled chicken skewers, with the aroma of charcoal wafting through the air, are cooked just right and the meat is juicy. The freshness of the chicken is high, and you can feel the creativity in the different cuts, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The sashimi from the fish caught that day has a nice texture and a natural sweetness that leaves a lasting impression. There is little smokiness, making it a comfortable place, and you can also enjoy soba and sake to finish off your meal.
