When you open the sliding door, you are greeted by a row of dishes baked by the owner, enveloped in a warm atmosphere. When you order the mixed platter from the signboard, the first dish that arrives is soba, which has a slight green color and a rich aroma. The thin noodles have a smooth texture that glides down your throat, and the more you chew, the more you can taste the sweetness of the buckwheat. Next, the udon arrives, which is thick and has a delightful elasticity that pushes back against your teeth. A daily changing selection of multigrain rice and small side dishes adds a little extra enjoyment to the dining table. Despite its quiet location, the food is excellent and the people are friendly, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy noodles.
