The focus is on local produce delivered from the peninsula's port, and you can really taste the natural flavors. The rice is pleasant, and the harmony with the fish is irresistible. The bright and reliable owner is flexible in responding to requests, such as for Ise lobster, abalone, and fugu. Generally, the owner manages everything alone, and each piece is prepared with great care.

This is a shop that feels like a hidden retreat underground, marked by a blackboard at the entrance. Inside, you take off your shoes at the entrance, allowing you to relax like at home. They are particular about using natural fish, and the ingredients are very fresh. The deliciousness of the carefully selected fish is well conveyed, and the sushi is satisfying. The owner is cheerful and energetic, making conversations enjoyable and creating a comfortable atmosphere. Since the owner manages everything alone, there may be a slight wait when it gets busy, but the ambiance allows you to savor your meal in peace.
