The calm interior with only a counter is clean and feels pleasant from the moment you enter. The rice is heaped and cooked to a moderately firm texture, which pairs well with the richness of the European-style curry. Initially, it has a mild flavor, but in the second half, the spices gradually spread, creating a deliciousness that makes you sweat. The freshly fried tonkatsu is neither too thin nor too thick, and its crispy texture and the umami of the meat balance perfectly with the curry. When you add the pickled onions from the table, the acidity and sweetness reset your palate, encouraging you to keep eating. The staff responds cheerfully to even the smallest requests, so even with a wait, I felt very satisfied.
