Man Lai Yuan Shrimp Fried Rice Revisited to enjoy the excellent fried rice. The taste is the same as that of the first visit. Each grain of rice is filled with flavor that should be chewed slowly and firmly. Although coated with oil, it is not greasy, and the saltiness is salty enough to enhance the flavor, so you will not get tired of eating it until the very end. The shrimp coated with potato starch and the broth in between, the first bite of the dish is always delicious.

A small family-run Chinese restaurant located in a rare spot in Hina. Instead of lunch, you can reserve the counter for a special dinner menu with your foodie friends! The owner presents the ingredients and their cooking methods, and the customers go along with it, so as long as you don't stop them, you'll be served many different dishes made with various ingredients. I've even eaten as many as 17 dishes, and I wasn't hungry the next day... I absolutely love the yellow chives, eggs, and meatballs.
