I visited with friends for a drink. We ordered several dishes we wanted to try and enjoyed our meal. Among the dishes we ordered, the fried gurukun was a peculiar white fish that was thick and crispy. The light, light flavor of the gurukun was a perfect match for the oil and was very tasty. The simple saltiness of the dish made it a flavorful accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
