I entered a shop marked by the light green awning that is immediately visible when walking from Hankyu Ibaraki City Station. Inside, there is a counter as well as sofas and tables, making it more spacious than I expected. The staff quickly grilled the food and brought it to me, so I was able to wait comfortably in front of the hot plate. The modern-yaki, with its fluffy batter and thick noodles combined, was enjoyable in texture, and the pairing of the sauce and mayonnaise was excellent. The piece that included beef tendon and konjac was rich in flavor, and I couldn't stop eating it. Even though it was very filling, I was able to enjoy it until the end, and by the time I left, I was very satisfied.
