Entering a hidden gem in an alley, I felt a sense of excitement in the calm atmosphere. The first dish I had, smoked mackerel, combined a savory aroma with a gentle sweetness that made me smile. The following sashimi platter was all fresh, with the robust flavor of the bonito being particularly impressive. The fried dishes had a light and crispy batter, while the inside was fluffy, making it hard to stop eating. The tempura of aonori had a delightful crunch and a pleasant sea aroma, and it was enjoyable even when cold. As I finished with a Tosa roll, the taste of the ocean spread in my mouth, and I left the table feeling satisfied.
