This is a spacious soba restaurant I found near the station, and I'm delighted by it. As soon as I sat down, warm hojicha tea and a wet towel were promptly served, which was comforting. The morisoba has a bright color, a smooth texture, just the right amount of elasticity, and a light finish. The dipping sauce has a fragrant bonito aroma and a gentle sweetness that makes it hard to put down my chopsticks. The set includes cold tanuki soba, which is soaked in the dipping sauce, and the texture of the fried tempura is enjoyable. I also got to enjoy freshly fried ham cutlet, along with a small plate of tofu, bean sprouts, and pickles. While the sounds of traditional Japanese music played, I was able to savor the soba broth thoroughly and left feeling satisfied.
