The interior, which utilizes an old sake brewery, has a very pleasant atmosphere. The high ceiling and spacious area make it enjoyable to look at the displayed sake-making tools. The large barrel sculpture is impressive and gives a sense of adventure. The sauce is not overly sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste, and I particularly liked the steamed dishes. The carp sashimi has a firm texture and a good bite. Although it's located a bit off the beaten path, I was satisfied as it allowed for a relaxing time.
