Grilling juicy, odor-free lamb on the teppan brings out its rich flavors, leaving you impressed. You can surely spend a refreshing time while gazing at the beautiful harbor view. The rice and miso soup served alongside the lamb are also very well received.

It feels great to enjoy a leisurely meal while looking out at the harbor from the second floor of the ferry terminal. The lamb meat, delivered directly from Hokkaido, has no unpleasant smell, and when you bite into it while it's still hot, the savory flavor spreads, putting you in a travel mood. The rice and miso soup that come with the set are also a perfect match, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The Maruyama set, featuring a mini salmon roe bowl and tender pork belly, is colorful and allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes little by little, which is delightful. The rich onion soup and the strongly flavored yakisoba are also addictive, making you want to eat more. I felt that this is a valuable restaurant where you can fully enjoy the flavors of the north while in Tsuruga.
