In a traditional town Chinese restaurant that exudes the scent of the Showa era, the moment you open the door, you feel a sense of excitement. The menu, filled with kanji characters, is lined up with numbers, making the selection process enjoyable. The fried chicken has a light batter and is juicy on the inside, with a tangy sauce that leaves a lasting deliciousness. The champon soup has a gentle flavor, and you can clearly taste the sweetness of the carefully cooked vegetables. The sight of the staff working briskly and the crimson tables in the tatami room create a cozy atmosphere that feels like a time slip back to the Showa era. It's no surprise that it's popular for takeout, and I felt proud to have such a place in the neighborhood.
