Casual Umbrian Specialties in the Historic Center
Located in Perugia’s historic center, Testone - Perugia Centro focuses on traditional Umbrian flavors, especially its popular torta al testo and stuffed crescia. Guests order at the counter before finding a seat across several cozy floors or at outdoor tables in the square. Platters, daily first courses, grilled options, and burgers round out the informal, satisfying menu, complemented by upbeat, attentive service.
