The grilled pork skewers have a perfect balance of sauce and salt, allowing the meat's flavor to shine through. The marinated mackerel has a mild acidity and is rich in fat, and you can enjoy a change in flavor with two types of wasabi. The fried octopus has a light texture and the right amount of chewiness. The dried herring and grilled surf clam selected from the blackboard menu are fragrant and irresistible. The appetizers are also carefully prepared, making it clear why this place is popular.
