This restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, and I made a reservation for takeout. Each piece is beautifully wrapped in leaves, making it fun to open. The rice made with red vinegar is subtly sweet, with a pleasant acidity. The unagi sushi made with domestic eel has a wonderful aroma, and it pairs very well with the fried tofu. The pork bowl made with Hokkaido pork is rich in flavor, and I like the balance with the vinegared rice. They also offer frozen products, which can be enjoyed deliciously after warming them up and letting them sit for a bit.
