You can see the preparation and sushi being made over the counter, which is exciting. The interior has a calm atmosphere, making it suitable for families. First, a refreshing salad with tuna is served, which cleanses the palate. The medium fatty tuna, kelp-cured white fish, horse mackerel, and red shellfish all leave a lasting impression with their flavors. When I express my preferences, they also prepare a snack of mackerel sashimi wrapped with shiso leaves and cucumber in seaweed, which is fun to nibble on. Since they serve the dishes while engaging in conversation, it feels comforting like a family dining table.
