The interior has a counter and tables, and a period drama is playing on the television, giving it a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. The first dish served is pickled daikon, which is refreshing and perfect for cleansing the palate. The assorted offal includes green onions, bell peppers, onions, and pork tongue, and it's fun to grill them on a traditional roaster. You can choose between salt or sauce for the skewers, and the heart is larger with a nice crunchy texture. You can change the flavor with the miso on the table or garlic from Aomori, and it was delicious to finish by diluting the sauce with soup.
