It is enjoyable to choose sushi and bento while gazing at the fresh fish section. The rice is just right, and the cucumber in the rolls is finely sliced, with sesame and wasabi adding a great flavor, making it very delicious. The nigiri includes tuna, salmon, shrimp, shellfish, squid, sea bream, and engawa, all beautifully presented. There is also a set of pressed sushi, featuring mackerel, shrimp, engawa, and anago. The bento focuses on fish, with well-prepared simmered dishes and tamagoyaki that are also delicious, making the rice go down easily. I was particularly impressed by the umami of the engawa and the freshness of the raw shrimp.
