The small shop has a calming atmosphere. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The deep-fried shrimp paste balls have a fragrant crispy coating, and the inside is plump and aromatic. The braised pork belly with skin, made with fermented tofu, is melt-in-your-mouth tender with a pleasant star anise aroma. The crispy fried noodles with beef brisket have a fragrant, firm texture that pairs well with the savory soy sauce, making you want more. The Sanma-men has a thick consistency and a gentle flavor.
