In the city of Satsumasendai, this Chinese restaurant has a spacious interior suitable for banquets. The local dish, Segodonbui, features a miso sauce with a kick from doubanjiang, and becomes creamy when mixed with a soft-boiled egg. The meat has a tender texture similar to chicken neck, making it easy to keep eating. The mapo tofu has a good balance of spiciness and sweetness, and you can adjust the spiciness to your preference. The dan dan noodles have a strong sesame aroma, with a spicy broth filled with plenty of Chinese cabbage, which pairs well with the thin, curly noodles. You can also enjoy pickled mustard greens and dumplings, making it irresistible for Chinese food lovers.
