There is a counter and a tatami room where you can feel the warmth of wood, and it is very clean and calming. The cheerful voices of the staff are pleasant, making it easy to relax even when alone. The fish is impressive, with the mackerel sashimi standing out for its freshness and wonderful aroma. The meat tofu has a tender texture that melts in your mouth, and the harmony between the tofu and meat is irresistible. The simmered daikon radish has a gentle yuzu fragrance that spreads softly, offering a mild flavor. The set meal with grated yam rice and the miso soup filled with plenty of vegetables were also delicious and warmed my heart.
