The signature dish of Sugaseong is soft tofu stew, offering a variety of options such as beef tripe soft tofu, kimchi soft tofu, and brisket soft tofu. All soft tofu stews are served with stone pot rice, and you can scoop out the rice and pour hot water to make nurungji (crispy rice). A variety of side dishes are also provided, allowing for a hearty meal.
