I had a handmade Basque cheesecake, and the balance between the fragrant surface and the melting interior is remarkable. It uses rice flour from Hokkaido, giving it a light texture that allows you to eat it all the way to the end. I was excited to hear that no preservatives are used, showing a commitment to quality ingredients. There are also daily side dishes and baked goods on display, making the selection process very enjoyable. The bento can be customized with both meat and fish, and the Saikyo marinated fish and pumpkin croquettes were particularly impressive. Conversations with the cheerful and lively owner were pleasant, and by the time I left, I felt warm and happy.
