The okonomiyaki, topped with large bonito flakes, pairs perfectly with the slightly spicy sauce and mayonnaise, making it impossible to put down your chopsticks. The chef carefully prepares it on the griddle, so you can enjoy it hot with a spatula even after it’s brought to your table. It’s also delightful to choose from ingredients like pork, shrimp, and squid, and when eaten with rice, it brings back nostalgic flavors. The salty seafood yakisoba is also fragrant, and just watching the chef's skillful technique is exciting. From the sight of locals coming in one after another to pick up takeout, I could feel that this is a beloved establishment.
