When you enter the cozy counter shop located deep in the building, you are greeted with a bright atmosphere. The thin udon noodles are smooth and elastic, providing a pleasant texture from the very first bite. The fragrant broth has layers of umami, making even the simple kake udon satisfying. The freshly fried tempura has a crispy, light batter that pairs perfectly with the noodles. You can increase the amount of noodles up to two servings, which is a delightful aspect for enjoying a full meal. There is also a service for refilling the flavorful kayaku rice soaked in broth, ensuring a satisfying experience until the very end.
