Located next to a park, this small shop offers a relaxed atmosphere. The wooden counter is comfortable, and you can see the ingredients over the counter, creating a sushi restaurant vibe. Each time you place an order, they grate fresh yam, which adds a wonderful aroma and a very smooth texture. When paired with barley rice, it goes down easily, making you want to order more. The small side dishes, red miso soup, and chawanmushi are all prepared with care, and the grilled fish is cooked just right and delicious. The ample green tea and the sound of the radio in the shop create a pleasant environment, making mealtime even more enjoyable.
