Sariwon Myeonok Main

At the Sariwon main store, Pyongyang-style cold noodles and pork ribs are particularly popular. The handmade noodles and rich-flavored soup are characteristic of the cold noodles, and the tender, seasoned pork ribs are both exquisite. In addition, a variety of side dishes such as yukhoe and japchae add color to the dining table.

Sariwon Main Store is known as the first general restaurant established when the founder fled from North Korea during the Korean War on June 25. In 2001, it relocated to its current location in Dunsandong and continues to support the local food culture.
