The bacon is made by marinating 'Asagiri Yoguru pork' in 9 types of salt and spices for 7 days, followed by 3 hours of desalting, 3 hours of air drying, 2 hours of warm air drying, and 8 hours of smoking. The sausages are made by grinding the same 'Asagiri Yoguru pork', adding 11 types of salt and spices, quickly stuffing into natural sheep casings, boiling at up to 75°C for about 30 minutes, and smoking for 3 hours. Both offer a taste that changes the image of traditional bacon and sausages. Please enjoy.
