The interior has a counter and tables, and it is bright and easy to enter. The 100% soba made only from self-cultivated Jōshi soba flour has a thin and smooth texture that is excellent. The broth is dark in color but not salty, with a mild sweetness that makes you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. A large shrimp tempura and fluffy fried tofu are generously placed on top, and I felt happiness with every bite. The self-service corner with items like tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and water dumplings is also enjoyable, making lunch even more exciting. There is a spacious parking area, making it a perfect place to stop by during a drive.
