At the back of the sales area lined with local specialties, there is a space where you can enjoy a meal in a calm atmosphere. There are raised tatami mats and tables, allowing for comfortable seating. The special horumon rice bowl has a rich sauce that seeps into the pork skirt, making it hard to stop eating the rice. The sweetness of the onions and the sharp flavor of the pickled ginger, along with the cabbage underneath, create a good balance. When you order a set, you can choose between udon or soba, and it also comes with a salad, small side dishes, and pickles, which is a nice touch. It's easy to understand why it won a local gourmet award, and I was also intrigued by the handmade katsu curry.
