It has a stylish, café-like atmosphere that is easy for families to enter. The appearance is very beautiful, and I am excited about the creative soba. The delicate soup, enhanced by dried sea bream, spreads its aroma when you squeeze in some sudachi and enjoy it in a dobin mushi style. The noodles made with whole wheat have a great texture and pair perfectly with maitake mushrooms, chrysanthemum flowers, and green onions. You can enjoy the smoky aroma of beef ribs and duck, along with vegetables like burdock and turnips, as well as pumpkin puree and the scent of truffles. When you combine the basil and cheese soba with the soup, the unexpected combination works perfectly and is very delicious.
