The interior features a counter and spacious tatami rooms, designed to be welcoming to elderly customers. In a calm, traditional kaiseki-style restaurant, the interior is comfortable with a counter, tables, and tatami seating. The signature dish, koi sashimi, has firm flesh and no muddy taste, and when enjoyed with wasabi or vinegar miso, it is refreshing and superb. The local sake we had alongside it had a crisp mouthfeel, further enhancing the flavor of the koi. The Shinshu soba that came out as a finale was aromatic and smooth, making me want to have a second helping. There are private rooms and spacious tatami areas, and it's nice that there are chair seats available for older guests to relax comfortably. Surrounded by warm hospitality and delicious food, it's a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy your meal pleasantly until the end.
