The restaurant has private rooms for each table, creating a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The assorted platter included kalbi, loin, cubed steak, and hiuchi, and I was very satisfied. The fatty meat is enhanced in flavor when eaten with salt or wasabi. The toro-tan is tender and juicy, and when quickly grilled and enjoyed with lemon as the staff suggested, it is excellent. The salad vegetables are fresh, and the soup is refreshing, all prepared with great care. They also have a dry ginger ale that pairs perfectly with the grilled meat.
