There was a lineup, but we were guided in order. First, the cabbage was served, and the yuzu-flavored dressing was refreshing and nice. I was happy that I could have as much rice, miso soup, and cabbage as I wanted. There was a set where I could combine my favorite items, and I was excited to choose from options like loin, fillet, and layered cheese. There was also a set with pork cutlet and shrimp tempura, which was freshly fried, with a light batter that was easy to eat, and it filled me up. Grinding sesame at the table and mixing it with the sauce added an enjoyable aroma.
