Our cold noodles are the authentic taste that we have refined through numerous trips to the local area! The noodles, custom-made at a prestigious noodle shop in Morioka, are characterized by their elasticity and smooth texture. The soup is packed with the rich flavor of beef bone broth, perfectly complementing the kimchi. This dish is perfect for finishing off a barbecue meal!
