Welcome to Ikki Ichi E MOMENT Cantonese Restaurant.
Please enjoy our summer limited special course featuring freshly handmade dim sum, Sichuan-style abalone, seasonal herbal soup, classic Cantonese dishes, and traditional Hong Kong-style egg tarts.

Lunch: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Last entry time: 2:00 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Last entry time: 8:30 PM
<Important Information>
- All dim sum is handmade by the chef each time, so reservations are required. Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please choose an appropriate menu based on the number of guests.
- To maintain the original flavors of the chef's recipes, we may not be able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions or requests.
- Changes, including a decrease in the number of guests, will be subject to the cancellation policy.
- Small children are welcome, but we do not have a dedicated kids' menu.
- For large group reservations or special inquiries, please contact restaurant@the1898niseko.com.
<Cancellation Policy>
- If canceled within 48 hours of the reservation time: 50% of the menu price.
- If canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time or in case of no-show: 100% of the menu price.
This policy also applies to decreases in the number of guests.
<Reservation Notes>
- Your reservation will be confirmed once the reservation process is completed and you agree to the cancellation policy.
- If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled.
