The ingredients from the Nagoya market are exceptionally fresh, bringing happiness from the very first bite. Dining at the counter is relaxing, and there is also a seating area in the back that is convenient to use. The craftsmen gently explain the origin and characteristics of each piece, enhancing the enjoyment of eating. The balance between the mildly sour rice and the toppings is excellent, and the temperature is pleasant. Each item, from flounder and kohada to eel, sea urchin, and botan shrimp, was impressive. I was also able to taste shirako and ankimo, allowing me to spend a truly delicious time.
