In a cozy shop centered around the counter, you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The Asian katsu don features a light batter and tender meat, coated in a sweet and slightly spicy orange sauce, complemented by delicious shredded cabbage and a fried egg. The 100% domestic beef handmade hamburger is fluffy and juicy, with a sharp kick from black pepper, and mixing in the egg yolk makes it impossible to stop eating the rice. The low-temperature cooked pork ginger steak is surprisingly moist, and the rich sauce pairs well with the mayonnaise cabbage and curry-flavored macaroni. The freshly made miso soup has a fragrant dashi, and the crispy texture of the pickles, along with the small dish of fried squid and a slightly okonomiyaki-style item, adds to the enjoyment. The bonito sashimi is thick and rich in flavor, enhanced further by ponzu and condiments, making the variety of the menu exciting.
