In a traditional soba restaurant that blends into the residential area, a comforting atmosphere envelops you as you enter. Once seated, the staff responds promptly, and the order was decided smoothly. The mori soba has a gentle aroma, and its slippery texture makes you instinctively reach for your chopsticks. The mini katsudon had fluffy eggs and provided a satisfying experience that didn't make you feel the thinness of the meat. I also tried the cold soba topped with tempura bits and seaweed, which paired excellently with the refreshing dipping sauce. In the bright and clean interior, I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely while watching TV, making for a happy moment.
