The lively owner quickly shares her recommendations, making it a reassuring experience even for first-timers. The 100% buckwheat soba has a rich aroma and a smooth texture that feels great going down. The country-style soba is thick and chewy, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the buckwheat. The soba broth served is rich, letting you savor the taste of the soba until the very end. In a calm space where you can choose between a counter or a tatami room, I was able to spend a relaxing and delicious time.
