Each skewer is carefully fried, with a fine and crispy light batter. The flavors of seasonal ingredients are well-expressed, and it doesn't feel heavy until the end. I particularly love the shrimp wrapped in shiso, maitake mushrooms, and asparagus; the aroma and texture are irresistible. There are condiments on the table, but you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients just as they are. The set meal comes with rice, miso soup, a small side dish, and even dessert, providing a sense of satisfaction. There are table seats and tatami rooms, allowing you to slowly savor the freshly fried dishes.
