It's fun to be able to choose ingredients from the store and have them cooked in the dining area inside the supermarket. You can simply hand over your preferred meat from the refrigerated case and enjoy a freshly grilled set meal. Yamagata beef, even when thinly sliced, has a rich flavor, and the balance between lean meat and fat is satisfying. The Tsuyahime rice pairs well, and it's great that you can adjust the portion and have refills. It comes with small side dishes, miso-based kenchin soup, and even a roast beef salad, so you can enjoy it without getting bored until the end. Two types of sauce and wasabi are also provided, and the staff asks for your preferences, making it easy to choose.
